Michael Cunningham Realtor ®
He’s always been a bit of a techie. From taking apart his second grade Apple IIC, to working as an audio engineer for NASA Television, Michael Cunningham has always had a knack for technology. And a stint in radio production gave Michael the marketing know-how to pitch ideas big and small. In today’s real estate world, keeping up with the latest technological tools, and marketing the right way, are the keys to helping buyers and sellers get the best deals they can.
Michael comes to Domicile Realty by way of Washington, DC – where he helped dozens of clients buy and sell homes in one of the hottest real estate markets in the country. There, he saved his clients an average of 5% on the purchase of their new home. And for his sellers, Michael was able to get his clients 99.4% of their initial asking price. In a place where the average sales price was near $600,000…it adds up!
Why the change of address? Tired of the “northern charm and southern efficiency” of the Nation’s Capitol (and spurred by the birth of his daughter Ella), Michael set his sights on the Triangle to be closer to family, friends, good schools, and the best barbecue in the world.
All that, plus the hottest tech corridor this side of the Mississippi? Seems like a perfect match.
When he’s not helping clients find their dream home, Michael enjoys exploring the area with his family, catching a good (or even bad) sci-fi movie, and reading up on history.
